Whether it’s a one off or a regular booking, a small office, a sports hall or even something as large as a 450 seater auditorium at Waypoint Church, we have spaces of all different sizes that can provide a competitive and quality venue for your hire from as low as £10 an hour.

Please note, we do not hire out any rooms on Sundays due to our own Church services.

South Building

 
 

South Auditorium

  • Maximum seats - 450 (119 fixed seating on tiers, up to 331 loose seating on main floor).

  • Large stage suitable for conferences, musical concerts or simple plays with limited props and scenery.

  • Sophisticated tech requires two Waypoint Church appointed technicians for optimal use, some pre planning necessary. Technicians will be charged as a separate cost in addition to the room hire.

  • Computer controlled coloured stage lighting controlled from tech desk.

  • PA audio system with radio mics controlled from tech desk.

  • 7m LED wall visual display computer input from PowerPoint, DVD, Internet streaming or Easy Worship, normally controlled from tech desk.

  • Video recording and live streaming is possible with larger tech team involvement and planning.


South Room Board meeting room

  • Seats 12 around oval table.

  • Air-conditioned room.

  • Kitchenette for drinks hot and cold.

  • Smart TV with HDMI inputs for connection to your laptop.


Activity Hall

  • Large activity hall used for children’s sports activities and adult football training.

  • Also available as conference break out room trade show room.

  • Wi-Fi for internet access.

  • Large wheeled TV with small simple PA system.


 Cafe Lounge

  • Large wall mounted TV with sound bar for YouTube and TV streaming.

  • HDMI input for your laptop.

  • Dimmable lighting.

*Not available for hire during cafe opening hours

 

North Building

 
 

North Auditorium

  • Maximum seats - 120.

  • Medium size stage.

  • Suitable for conferences, large meetings, teaching or as a music venue.

  • Computer controlled coloured stage lighting controlled from tech desk.

  • PA audio system with radio mics controlled from tech desk.

  • 2 x video projectors. Computer input from PowerPoint, DVD, Internet streaming or Easy Worship, normally controlled from tech desk.

  • Sophisticated tech requires 2 Waypoint Church appointed technicians for optimal use, some pre planning necessary. Technicians will be charged as a separate cost in addition to the room hire.

  • Can stream from South Auditorium.


North Upper Room

  • Large airy upper room. Sprung floor for physical activities such as dance. Suitable for meetings up to 60 people.

  • Seats 60 limited by fire regulations.

  • Kitchenette for hot, cold drinks and serving of simple food.

  • Video projector available for connection with your laptop.


North Lower Room

  • Seats 30-40 with additional space for coffee table seating. Good for small meetings with space for movement and networking.

  • Wall mounted start TV for internet streaming or connection to your laptop.

  • Coffee bar for serving drinks and light food.


North Upper and Lower Office

  • Single desk 2 - 4 chairs.

  • Wi-Fi for internet access.
